Klintaps University College of Health and Allied Sciences hosts seven vibrant student organizations that enrich campus life and provide opportunities for leadership development, networking, and extracurricular engagement.
The Editorial Board, founded July 2024 with the motto "Empowering Voices, Enriching Minds," documents university events and achievements. Led by Ansah Hamzat Johnson, the board enhances institutional visibility through publications and digital platforms.
The Klintaps Chorale, established July 2024, brings together talented singers across departments under the motto "He Who Sings, Prays Twice," focusing on evangelization and community building through performances.
The Debate Society, active since September 2022, promotes "ubuntu through interaction and expression," organizing competitions during health week celebrations and visiting parliament to advocate for self-expression.

GANDSA (Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Students Association), created February 2024, connects nutrition and dietetics students through professional development events and workshops.
MELSSA (Medical Laboratory Science Students' Association), launched January 2024 and inaugurated August 2024, focuses on "Passionate Service, Our Hallmark." Notable achievements include winning departmental competitions and earning national recognition.

MISA (Medical Imaging Association), formed April 2024, pioneers excellence in the field of medical imaging while championing professionalism among radiographers and sonographers.
The Media Team, established May 2024, creates content through innovative storytelling, journalism, and content creation, amplifying diverse voices across campus.
