Payment Options
Choose the payment plan that works best for your financial situation.
Credit Policy
- Students allowed maximum credit equal to one semester's tuition fees
- Indebtedness should not exceed one semester's billing
- Minimum credit period: 14 days
- Maximum credit period: 60 days
- Five payment options available
Late Payment Penalties
- • GHS 100.00 per week penalty for late payment
- • Credit withdrawal if 45+ days overdue
- • Exam results and transcripts may be withheld
- • Possible suspension until financial obligations are met
Important: All tuition fee payments made to Klintaps are non-refundable.

Multiple scholarship packages and financial aid options are available annually.
Full or partial financial support based on need and academic record.
Recognized by Students Loan Trust Fund. All students eligible for access.
