The Laptop Initiative is open to all enrolled students — undergraduate or postgraduate, any level, any programme.
Pick from four plans: 1, 2, 3, or 4 years. Same HP laptop in every plan — only the timeframe and total cost differ. Faster pace = lower total.
Payments go to the dedicated KLINTAPS COLLEGE LAPTOPS bank account. You'll get SMS receipts and payment reminders so nothing slips through.

Faster repayment = lower total cost. Pick the plan that fits your monthly budget; you can switch to a faster plan later if your finances improve.
Best for: Students paying upfront from family savings or short-term financing. Lowest total cost.

All plans cover the same HP laptop with manufacturer warranty. No early-payment penalties — pay off any time and save against your chosen plan's total. Final laptop specifications and any additional accessories will be confirmed by the admissions team at signup.
Who can apply
The Laptop Initiative is open to every enrolled Klintaps student. Here's what you'll need.
- Enrolled Klintaps student (undergraduate or postgraduate, any level, any programme)
- Active student status — fees account in good standing
- Stated commitment to the chosen monthly repayment schedule
- A valid Ghana mobile number for SMS receipts and reminders
- Application submitted via the admissions team (call, WhatsApp, or email)
