The Klintaps Internal Scholarship
KCoHAS runs a limited internal scholarship open to all Ghanaian students — awarded on both need and merit, for brilliant but needy students. Slots are limited each year.

Now operating under the Ghana Scholarships Authority Act, 2025 (Act 1149). Recent cycles invited students of accredited institutions nationwide, and 2026 guides describe private-university applicants applying from Level 100; the official FAQ separately excludes "private/fee-paying students in public tertiary institutions." Confirm your category with your district office before applying.

The Scholarships Secretariat's local awards are decentralised: you apply online at scholarships.gov.gh, select your district, and your application is reviewed locally. Shortlisted applicants are invited by SMS, email or phone for a face-to-face interview at their District Assembly.
This means your application competes in your district — prepare your documents (see below), be reachable on the phone number you provide, and treat the district interview like an admission interview.
