The KUCoHAS Academic Registry functions as the custodian for student records and academic information at the university.
The Academic Registry collaborates with students and faculty to deliver specialized services that support the academic mission of Klintaps University College of Health and Allied Sciences.
Services Offered
The Academic Registry provides the following services to students, faculty, and staff.
Development and display of academic calendars for each academic year.
Secure maintenance of academic records and processing of transcript requests.
Class scheduling, timetable development, and room allocation support.
Implementation and enforcement of academic policies and procedures.
Auditing of Klintaps courses and programme compliance.
Maintenance of student files, enrollment data, and additional records.
Communication with Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) and regulatory compliance.
