- WASSCE/SSSCE: credit passes (A1–C6) in Core Mathematics, English Language and Integrated Science
- Three elective credit passes including Physics (or Elective Mathematics) and at least one of Biology or Chemistry
- Aggregate 36 or better at WASSCE (24 or better at SSSCE); stronger aggregates are prioritised for the limited sonography places
- Mature applicants (25+): considered through the mature-entrance route with a relevant background and an entrance assessment
