With the compelling theme of “From Diagnostics to Diverse Destinies,” the event moved beyond the traditional image of a medical laboratory scientist working solely in a lab.
The summit featured two distinguished guest speakers, Dr. Victor N. Batsa and Mr. Aubin Prince, both of whom are trailblazers in the field. It was an opportunity for aspiring leaders to step up and connect with their peers, strengthening the internal bonds of the association. As the week neared its end, students were treated to a relaxing and nostalgic “Movie Night” on Thursday, August 21. The Main Auditorium was transformed into a cozy cinema where students could unwind and enjoy a film together.
The event perfectly captured its tagline: “One Night. One Screen. Endless Memories.” It was a simple yet meaningful way for friends to create lasting memories outside of their busy academic schedules.
The grand finale of MELSSA Week was the “Dye-Namic Splash” on Friday, August 22, at Hotel Buelah. This was the biggest social event of the week, a lively and colorful party that concluded the celebrations on a high note.
