The KCoHAS Academic Registry department acts as the custodian for student records and academic information at the university. This includes interacting with both students and faculty to provide services in the following areas:
Development and display of Academic calendars
Secure maintenance of academic records and transcript requests
Class scheduling and timetable support
Academic policy implementation
Auditing of Klintaps courses.
Maintenance of student files and added data
Regulatory compliance and regular communication with the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) and all other bodies.
