Thanks to the relentless efforts of the 2023 Student Representative Council (SRC), the campus was buzzing with excitement and anticipation throughout this thrilling sporting event that promised to bring students and staff together in the spirit of camaraderie and healthy competition.

With unwavering determination, the SRC is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2023 KCoHAS Soccer League. As the beating heart of student life, the SRC is committed to enhancing the college experience, and introducing this premier soccer league is a testament to their dedication.

“We are absolutely ecstatic to bring the KCoHAS Soccer League to life,” said Nuer Manasseh, Vice President of KCoHAS SRC. “Our goal is to create a vibrant campus community that fosters academic excellence and recreational opportunities for our students.”

All-Inclusive and Competitive

One of the defining features of the KCoHAS Football League is its all-inclusive nature. The league is open to all KCoHAS students and staff, regardless of their skill level. Whether seasoned footballers or enthusiastic beginners, all participants are encouraged to join in the fun and showcase their passion for the beautiful game.

We want everyone to feel welcome and valued in the league,” emphasized Mr. Raphael Quartey, SRC Public Relations Officer. “This is not just about talent; it’s about fostering a sense of community and forging lasting friendships.”

The June 30th Kickoff

The KCoHAS Football League kicked off on June 30th, 2023, igniting the campus with a series of exciting matches. Each team competed in over 12 matches, vying for the coveted title of champions and eternal glory on the campus pitch.

“The anticipation has been building, and we can’t wait to witness all the friendly rivalries and nail-biting moments end in a climax soon,” added Mr. Derrick Asomani, SRC President. “This league is about celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship and nurturing a sense of pride in our college.”

Who Will Emerge Victorious? Predicting the Champions

With four formidable teams, Team A, Team B, Team C, and Team D, all eyeing the top spot, the competition is sure to be intense. While it is difficult to predict a clear winner at this stage, all teams have been training hard to put their best foot forward.

Team A, renowned for their attacking prowess and swift gameplay, is considered a strong contender. Their skillful players and cohesive teamwork make them a force to be reckoned with.

On the other hand, Team C, known for its resolute defence and strategic approach, is not to be underestimated. Their ability to keep the opposition at bay and capitalize on counterattacks gives them an edge.
